Job Requirements

Must be able to lift 75 pounds
Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and be insurable by the company insurance (requires clean driving record)
Ability to communicate effectively in person, on phone, and via radio
Ability to work outdoor in all types of weather conditions
Position may require bending, lifting, walking, stooping, squatting, and gripping
Must adhere to safety procedures related to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery
Entry level position
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Customer service experience in the service industry preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Acceptable driving record
Zero tolerance drug free employer includes pre-employment and random screening

Job Duties

Create positive customer experiences by consistently providing excellent, 5-star service to customers
Safely park and retrieve customers' vehicles in designated valet parking storage area
Assist customers and/or guests with luggage and other items, encouraging a positive arrival and departure experience
Monitor the parking/drive up area to keep the flow of vehicles organized
Assist guests, customers and staff with general inquiries about parking, site location, directions, amenities, attractions, etc.
Other duties as assigned
