Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience in hospitality and/or customer service
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Availability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work on-site at Bass Pro Shops

  • Engaging with potential customers to identify their vacation needs and preferences
  • Delivering persuasive sales presentations highlighting vacation package benefits
  • Offering concierge services by recommending dining options and attractions
  • Promoting Hilton Grand Vacations through attractive discounted vacation packages
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships to ensure exceptional service
  • Implementing Hilton Grand Vacations' sales techniques to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborating with team members to share effective sales processes and foster success
