Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Sales or marketing experience required
- Previous management experience preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of the timeshare industry, OPC marketing or telemarketing sales helpful
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Outgoing, able to converse with customers

Job Duties
- Recruits, hires, trains, schedules, coaches and motivates sales associates
- Delivers a one-on-one conversation weekly with each sales associate
- Develops sales associates for success in their position and future growth
- Ensures the Company approved training program Passport to Success is delivered to all associates
- Maintains appropriate staffing levels in accordance with operating hours
- Maintains inventory of and places orders for all necessary collateral including lead slips, pitch cards, maps
- Takes-over and/or enters sales for an associate that is struggling in an effort to close and train them on how to handle objections and close sales
- Responds to Customer Care Agents requests about Sales Alerts
- Immediately reports all customer service issues to VP, Retail Marketing or Regional Director of Marketing
- Ensures cleanliness of work environment and compliance with dress code, uniform and name badges
- Meets or exceeds budgetary responsibilities related to lead generation and selling OPC Tours and Vacation Packages
- Accurately tracks and processes payroll, collects and maintains sales associates hours, submits to HR within payroll deadlines
- Completes and submits new hire onboarding paperwork as required by Human Resources
- Follows company policies and procedures including ethics, compliance, and approved selling methods
