With a reputation for delivering exceptional vacation experiences, Hilton Grand Vacations excels in offering unique vacation products and services. The company prides itself on its strong foundation built by dedicated team members who contribute to its success and continuous expansion. Operating within the dynamic retail marketing segment, Hilton Grand Vacations partners with prominent retail brands such as Bass Pro Shops® and Cabela's® to promote and sell vacation packages that appeal to a wide range of customers seeking memorable getaways.
As a Vacation Sales Manager within the Retail Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in leading a motivated and high-performing sales team. This role is focused on driving sales of vacation packages in an engaging retail environment, specifically positioned inside well-known retail stores like Bass Pro Shops® and Cabela's®. You will lead a team of 5-7 Sales Representatives, guiding them to connect effectively with customers, understand their vacation desires, and successfully close sales. The position offers a highly rewarding compensation structure with uncapped commissions, meaning that your earnings directly reflect your team's sales success. On average, each sale can be finalized in under 10 minutes, demonstrating the efficiency and satisfaction deliverable to customers through your team's efforts.
The Vacation Sales Manager role requires a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. You will be responsible for managing a lively team atmosphere while ensuring that your team meets and exceeds sales targets. Your leadership will involve coaching sales representatives, developing effective sales strategies, and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages career growth and development. Critical to success in this role are strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to motivate a diverse group of employees toward shared goals. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential to managing reports, schedules, and other administrative tasks effectively.
Candidates must demonstrate a passion for engaging with guests and an eagerness for advancing their sales careers. At least one year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a commission-based sales role is preferred to ensure familiarity with sales dynamics and customer interaction. You must also be willing to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays to align with the retail environment’s peak business hours. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans, ensuring that your well-being is supported. Furthermore, Hilton Grand Vacations provides clear career advancement opportunities within a supportive and inclusive work culture that values diversity and collaboration.
