The position of Vacation Sales Manager is specifically situated inside the Bass Pro Shop in League City, Texas, placing you at the heart of one of the most exciting retail environments in the state.

This role is focused on leading a high-performing sales team comprised of three to four sales representatives. The environment is lively and customer-oriented, emphasizing collaboration, enthusiasm, and an engaged approach to selling vacation packages. As a Vacation Sales Manager, you will directly contribute to your team's success by driving sales, mentoring sales representatives, and maintaining the consistency of outstanding customer interactions. The sales representatives under your supervision benefit from an uncapped commission structure, providing them with limitless earning potential which naturally extends to you as their leader.
