The schedule requires availability five days a week, including weekends, to meet and exceed sales presentation goals and provide exemplary customer service. For new hires, there is an additional training pay of up to $450 per week for the initial 10 weeks, making the onboarding process rewarding and supportive.
In addition to the base pay, the position offers attractive sign-on bonuses up to $2,000 for candidates with one year of timeshare experience and up to $1,000 for those without. These bonuses are dispensed in stages: half after 45 days of employment and the remainder after six months, subject to terms and conditions. This financial incentive underscores Hyatt’s commitment to attracting motivated professionals eager to start or advance their careers in vacation ownership marketing.
As a Coordinator Marketing In House, daily responsibilities include scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations with professionalism and enthusiasm. Utilizing persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining the integrity and satisfaction of existing guests is crucial for success in this role.
The position also emphasizes maintaining high guest experience and company standards. Coordinators are responsible for welcoming and greeting guests, anticipating and addressing their needs promptly and courteously, and interacting with colleagues and guests in a professional manner. Contributing to team goals and adhering strictly to company policies and safety procedures are essential aspects of the role that support Hyatt’s brand reputation and operational excellence.
