- Persuasively present and sell vacation ownership packages, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement
- develop positive relationships with customers and team members
- set bold goals and work diligently to meet and surpass sales targets, contributing to the team’s overall success
- deliver exceptional service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored vacation solutions
- provide concierge service by recommending dining and attractions while promoting Hilton Grand Vacations by offering a highly discounted vacation package to one of our destinations
- participate in ongoing training to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge
