Job Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience preferred
  • Outstanding communication abilities strong verbal and written abilities to effectively engage with guests and team members
  • Positive attitude and enthusiastic personality a can-do attitude and the ability to encourage guests and colleagues alike
  • Ability to work flexible hours being available to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed to meet the demands of guests
  • Proficient in relevant software basic proficiency with CRM tools and other sales-related software
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience demonstrating the necessary foundational skills for success

Job Duties

  • Persuasively present and sell vacation ownership packages to potential customers ensuring a high level of happiness and engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and team members encouraging a collaborative and inclusive environment
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets setting ambitious goals and working diligently to meet and surpass sales targets contributing to the overall success of the team
  • Provide exceptional customer service delivering an outstanding customer experience by understanding the needs of customers and offering tailored solutions that meet their vacation dreams
  • Participate in training programs engaging in ongoing training and development programs to improve sales skills and product knowledge ensuring you stay ahead in a competitive market
