We are currently seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our elite team as Vacation Sales Ambassadors. This full-time role offers a competitive earnings package with income potential starting at $85,000 and the top performers in 2025 average earnings exceeding $120,000. As a Vacation Sales Ambassador, you will be instrumental in promoting and selling Hilton Grand Vacations’ deluxe vacation packages to guests staying at Hilton branded hotels. Your role involves engaging with resort guests and potential customers to understand their vacation preferences and providing expert sales presentations that highlight the value and benefits of our vacation ownership offerings. Leveraging Hilton Grand Vacations’ proven sales techniques and comprehensive training, you will be empowered to achieve ambitious sales goals and contribute to the company’s success.
The position demands excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment. Furthermore, you will offer concierge-level recommendations for dining and local attractions, creating a comprehensive guest experience that supports our brand's reputation for excellence. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience or GED
- At least one year of hospitality and/or customer service experience
- Proven previous sales experience, preferably commission-based
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive spirit
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Enjoy interacting with guests and a willingness for upward career mobility

Job Duties
- Provide guest services to resort guests and visitors
- Engage with potential customers to determine their vacation needs and preferences
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our vacation packages
- Provide concierge service by recommending dining and attractions while promoting Hilton Grand Vacations through an offer of a highly discounted vacation package to one of our destinations
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure outstanding customer service
- Efficiently implement Hilton Grand Vacations' sales techniques to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to exchange effective strategies and foster collective achievements
