High school diploma or equivalent
Prior serving experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods
Flexibility to work nights weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Report to work on time and in full uniform prepared with necessary tools
Check assigned station prior to opening for cleanliness proper setup and readiness
Attend menu classes or taste panels maintain knowledge of daily specials and all menu items
Take guest orders accurately following proper procedures for checks modifiers and seat numbers
Serve food and beverages according to established standards including proper liquor and wine service
Maintain cleanliness by bussing and resetting tables promptly throughout and after meals
Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure efficient service across all stations
