Job Requirements
- Must successfully pass a TSA background screening and drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays, strongly preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
- Previous hospitality, food service, airline lounge, or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization
- Basic understanding of sanitation procedures and food safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude with a dependable, service-focused mindset
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Reliable attendance and ability to report for scheduled shifts on time
Job Duties
- Wash dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils by hand or using commercial dishwashing equipment
- Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators, storage areas, and kitchen equipment
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and service areas
- Remove trash, recyclables, and waste to designated disposal areas
- Clean equipment using approved chemicals to maintain sanitary standards
- Restock kitchen and sanitation supplies, including soap, paper towels, cleaning products, and service materials
- Assist with transporting, storing, and organizing supplies throughout the lounge
- Support basic setup and breakdown of kitchen and service areas as needed
- Maintain compliance with HACCP, OSHA, and Sodexo safety procedures
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
- Attend required trainings related to safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business and operational needs
