Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in food service or custodial work preferred
knowledge of food safety standards
physical ability to perform cleaning and lifting tasks
ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
strong communication and teamwork skills
flexible availability to work various shifts

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role preferred, especially in a food service environment
understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures and practices
ability to collaborate and work well within a team
ability to handle physical demands of the job
flexibility to adjust to varying tasks and schedules

Job Duties

Clean and sanitize all dining and kitchen areas to meet standards
operate dishwashers efficiently and maintain them
handle waste disposal and support recycling efforts
restock dining supplies for smooth operations
assist with basic food prep tasks
ensure adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines
