Job Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license in the state of application
  • pass a drug test, physical examination, and criminal background check
  • be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
  • ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
  • ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • frequent standing, walking, bending, and handling materials
  • exposure to cleaning chemicals and adherence to safety procedures
  • willingness to perform multiple roles as operationally needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
  • basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, cleaning procedures, and operational safety protocols
  • ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and transporting heavy objects
  • strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset
  • adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to take on multiple roles as needed
  • valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
  • experience with janitorial, vehicle detailing, or maintenance preferred
  • strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
  • ability to read and comprehend Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and safety training materials
  • ability to use cleaning equipment such as buffers and scrubbing machines
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • flexibility to take on multiple roles based on operational needs

Job Duties

  • Washes vehicle exteriors using power washers and brushes
  • sweeps, removes trash, and cleans vehicle interiors
  • probes fare boxes and replenishes vehicle fluids as needed
  • reports any maintenance issues to the Supervisor
  • drives, maneuvers, and parks company vehicles safely
  • fuels vehicles and logs all fluids used
  • performs light maintenance to shop areas, fueling stations, and related facilities
  • ensures compliance with safety procedures including proper handling of cleaning chemicals
  • conducts routine vehicle inspections and reports any issues
  • ensures consistent implementation of inspection and maintenance procedures
  • charges and stages vehicles as required
  • assists Maintenance Technicians with minor repairs and general upkeep
  • supports Shuttle Attendant and Command Center Agent duties as needed
  • adheres to all safety policies and procedures
  • completes any other tasks assigned to support operations
