Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- no prior related work experience required
- knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety concepts
- ability to stand or walk for long periods
- capable of lifting up to 35 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- able to follow direction and maintain cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- Washes dishes by hand or using a dishwashing machine
- cleans and sanitizes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors
- removes trash and garbage to designated areas
- cleans equipment using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards
- re-stocks supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials
- assists with basic set-up and break-down tasks as directed
