These include washing dishes by hand or using dishwashing machines, sanitizing worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks, as well as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. The position also involves removing trash, restocking cleaning supplies, and using specific chemicals to clean equipment according to sanitary regulations. The role requires physical stamina as employees are expected to be on their feet for extended periods, engaging in activities like bending, reaching, lifting moderate weights (up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally), and walking significant distances.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma, ged, or equivalent experience
- no related work experience
- knowledge of sanitation procedures, to include basic concepts of food safety
- ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 50 pounds
- significant walking or other means of mobility
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
