The Utility Worker position at Sodexo, located at the Alaska Airlines Lounge in Portland (PDX), is a full-time role offering a pay rate of $20 per hour. As a Utility Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks that ensure the smooth operation of kitchen and food service environments. Your duties include washing dishes manually or using dishwashing machines, cleaning and sanitizing work areas, floors, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks, as well as respectful handling of trash and waste disposal. Additionally, you will manage cleaning equipment using specific chemicals to maintain sanitary conditions, restock supplies such as soap and paper towels, and assist with basic setup and breakdown tasks as needed.
