Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
- No prior related work experience necessary
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods, including shifts over 8 hours
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds
- Willingness to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and follow sanitation and safety protocols
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of sanitation procedures including basic food safety concepts

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Job Duties
- Wash dishes by hand or use dishwashing machine
- Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- Sweep, mop, clean, and vacuum floors
- Remove trash and garbage to designated areas
- Clean equipment using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards
- Re-stock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials
- Assist with basic set-up and break-down tasks as directed
- Walk or stand for extended periods
- Lift or move up to 35 pounds frequently and occasionally lift/move 50 pounds
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time
