- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Capable of prolonged standing and walking continuously, pushing dish racks, frequent stooping, bending and lifting up to 40 lbs

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize pots, pans, utensils, and equipment parts in a timely manner
- Put away deliveries following proper procedures including labeling and dating products
- Sweep, mop, and clean kitchen, dining room, and storeroom floors
- Keep towels and soap dispensers clean and stocked
- Transport ice to designated areas such as drink and salad counters
- Maintain temperature logs using thermometers
- Change dishwashing water and monitor chemical additives for washing and sanitizing
- Check soap supply and test sanitizing agent levels
- Maintain and clean dish machine, monitoring soap and rinse supplies
- Replenish dishes and dry trays at counters promptly
- Follow cleaning, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and spot clean floors and traffic areas
- Perform daily cleaning assignments and departmental closing procedures
- Empty and clean trash cans and discard all trash and cardboard bins
