- No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
- no related work experience necessary
- ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- reach overhead and below knees with bending, twisting, and stooping
- willingness to follow company safety and security policies
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- willingness to complete safety training and certifications
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dish washing machine and trash compactor
- wash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
- receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock
- clean dishes using detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals in the 3-compartment sink
- inspect, stack cleaned items and send soiled items back for re-washing
- rack and spray dishes with hot water to remove food residue
- sort, soak, and wash silverware
- empty and maintain trashcans and dumpster area
- clean and mop all areas in assigned departments
- dispose of glass and recyclables properly
- follow safety and security policies, report incidents and complete safety training
- protect company assets and support team goals
- perform physical tasks including lifting objects up to 50 pounds
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested
