Job Requirements
- Minimum age is 21
- Knowledge of maintaining and caring for various flooring types
- Ability to use and operate cleaning equipment
- Tolerance for chemicals and cleaning solvents
- Valid Nevada driver’s license
- Ability to follow safety guidelines
- Good interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement is 21
- Knowledge of the processes of maintaining and caring for all types of flooring including vinyl, concrete, stamped concrete, carpeted flooring and marble flooring
- Ability to interact with others in a friendly, positive and courteous manner
- Able to tolerate chemicals, cleansers and solvents
- Ability to operate specialty equipment such as scrubber, walk behind and ride on machines, variable speed buffer, carpet extractor and scissor lift
- Must have valid Nevada driver’s license
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned area
- Operate tools and equipment as trained
- Clean assigned area as instructed
- Move furniture, rearrange, and relocate furniture and equipment
- Stock and maintain par levels of supplies in all porter closets
- Clean walls, ceilings and vents
- Follow OSHA safety codes regarding chemicals and electrical equipment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
