Job Requirements
- Must successfully pass a TSA background check and drug screening
- must be authorized to work in the United States
- open availability, including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
- 1 to 2 years of related experience in hospitality, food service, or similar environments
- strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- professional demeanor with a positive, reliable, and service-focused attitude
- strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishware, cookware, and utensils using both manual and machine methods
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dish rooms and kitchen workspaces
- assist with cleaning kitchen equipment, floors, walls, and refrigeration units
- remove trash and recyclables in accordance with safety and sanitation standards
- restock and organize kitchen and cleaning supplies as needed
- handle cleaning chemicals in compliance with HACCP and OSHA guidelines
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- participate in required trainings, including food safety and safety protocols
- perform additional duties as assigned to support operations
