Job Requirements

  • Must successfully pass a TSA background check and drug screening
  • must be authorized to work in the United States
  • open availability, including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1 to 2 years of related experience in hospitality, food service, or similar environments
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
  • professional demeanor with a positive, reliable, and service-focused attitude
  • strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize dishware, cookware, and utensils using both manual and machine methods
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of dish rooms and kitchen workspaces
  • assist with cleaning kitchen equipment, floors, walls, and refrigeration units
  • remove trash and recyclables in accordance with safety and sanitation standards
  • restock and organize kitchen and cleaning supplies as needed
  • handle cleaning chemicals in compliance with HACCP and OSHA guidelines
  • follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
  • participate in required trainings, including food safety and safety protocols
  • perform additional duties as assigned to support operations
