Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience as a Utility Worker or Kitchen Worker in a high-volume resort or casino stewarding environment
- Ability to communicate with supervisors via two-way radio
- Ability to speak English and Spanish
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push or pull up to 400 lbs
- Ability to operate heavy machinery including tuggers, forklifts, Cushman cars, pallet stackers, and pallet jacks
- Ability to follow health and safety standards including OSHA regulations and biohazard cleanup protocols
- Must adhere to Wynn Steward Uniform Standards and attend all required training
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required licensing or active work cards for the position
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with prolonged walking and standing
Job Qualifications

- Participation in all scheduled training on Wynn Banquet Stewarding Guidelines
- Proficiency in English and Spanish

- Knowledge of chemicals, MSD sheets, and health code regulations
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment
- Experience working in a team environment

- Experience handling heavy machinery such as tuggers, forklifts, and pallet jacks
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses or work cards
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Cleaning equipment and work areas including freezers, walk-ins, ceilings, hoods, and fans
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment according to Health Department standards
- Assisting Banquet Operating departments as a Kitchen Worker when needed
- Cleaning all cooking devices such as deep fryers, grills, stoves, broilers, burners tops, steamer ovens, kettle-braiser, and hood panels
- Cleaning dishwasher machines and checking the temperature of the final rinse
- Utilizing proper techniques for health and safety standards
- Receiving equipment pull sheets in advance and gathering equipment for banquet services
- Reviewing pull sheets to ensure correct china, glass, silverware for banquets
- Executing inventory management of approximately 250 items
- Managing sending and receiving of packing and repair items with office services
- Overseeing inventory worth approximately 3 million dollars and 70% of inventory orders
- Participating in biohazard cleanup and following OSHA regulations
- Operating heavy machinery including tuggers, forklifts, Cushman cars, pallet stackers, and pallet jacks
