SSP America values employees who bring a positive attitude to their work and who thrive in team-oriented settings where guest service and cleanliness are paramount.

The position provides a robust package of benefits, including medical, prescription, dental, and vision coverage with minimal employee contribution, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, pension and vacation accrual based on seniority, paid holidays including premium pay for Christmas, and paid sick leave with rollover and cash-out options. Additional perks include a 50 percent meal discount during shifts longer than five hours, paid meal breaks, and provisions for extended medical leave. SSP America is committed to equal employment opportunity and provides reasonable accommodations throughout the hiring process.
