- Capable of lifting moderate weights
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Maintain kitchen work areas clean and orderly
- Clean dishes, pots, pans, trays, and utensils to sanitation standards
- Assist with food preparation and service during meal rushes
- Load and unload dishwashing machines ensuring cleanliness
- Hand wash specific items according to assigned procedures
- Restock clean kitchenware and maintain cleaning supplies stock
- Adhere to all sanitation and safety policies and procedures
