Job Duties
- Maintain kitchen work areas and keep equipment and utensils clean and orderly
- Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in sanitary condition
- Perform dishwashing duties
- Assist with food prep and food service during meal rush
- Conduct general maintenance and cleanliness of work area
- Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas
- Load and unload dishwashing machine ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of dishes
- Hand wash specific items according to procedures
- Store and restock clean kitchenware
- Maintain cleaning supplies stock and transfer supplies between storage and work area
- Keep a clean and orderly workstation
- Comply with all sanitation and safety policies and procedures
- Wash work tables and food prep areas to cleanliness standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
