Job Requirements
- minimum of 18 years of age
- food handling certificate required
- ability to work late night shifts potentially to between 12 am - 3am
- able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level
- able to move items up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet
- able to tolerate prolonged exposure to cold and hot temps
- able to hear, understand, and respond to requests in a loud environment
- able to tolerate exposure to cleaning agents and chemicals
- works assigned scheduled shifts

- ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level
- able to move items up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet
- remain in stationary position for up to 4 hours throughout work shift
- able to tolerate prolonged exposure to cold and hot temps (below 40 degrees f and above 140 degrees f)
- able to hear, understand, and respond to requests in a loud environment
- able to tolerate exposure to cleaning agents and chemicals several times throughout shift
- satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding
Job Duties

- reports to work on time and prepared for the shift
- follows all image and appearance standards
- monitors product supply and replenishes stock when necessary
- cleans and sanitizes dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and storage racks
- communicates with chefs and managers of low product levels and equipment problems
- removes dishes, glassware and silverware from bus tubs to prepare for cleaning
- communicates with other team members to prioritize which dishes, pans, etc. need to be cleaned first
- ensures that dishes, glassware, silverware, and kitchen items are clean and sanitized
- sorts clean silverware, glassware and dishes
- ensures that clean supplies are available at all times
- organizes and straightens dry storage and walk-in refrigerator
- cleans and sanitizes work stations, utensils, floors, floor mats, dumpsters, and equipment
- transports boxes and trash bags from kitchen, dish area, etc., to dumpsters
- distributes trash cans to kitchen, dish area, etc.
- cleans and sanitizes restrooms and other areas
- assist chef in portioning, prepping, an cooking as needed
- assists other employees as needed
- demonstrate a helpful, positive attitude at all times to guests and employees
- understand and adhere to all safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures
- provide complete and timely communication to other employees throughout the shift
- is prepared to conduct weekly maintenance duties
- complete all assigned tasks and duties requested by managers
