Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in cleaning or dishwashing preferred
ability to follow sanitation procedures and safety guidelines
physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
strong work ethic and dependable attendance
willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
experience in a similar role in the hospitality or food service industry is advantageous
ability to handle heavy equipment and work in a fast-paced environment
strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Duties

Create a positive guest experience by cleaning and maintaining hygienic work areas
maintain the cleanliness of all surfaces and equipment including floors, ceiling tiles, walls, windows, worktables, hoods, vents, grills, refrigerators, service counters, and storage areas
remove refuse to designated areas
clear and reset tables in dining areas between seatings, as needed, and transport service-ware to the kitchen for cleaning
scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans and wash them by hand or load dishwasher and return them to their proper storage place
clean equipment using specific chemicals to meet sanitary standards, including the use of heavy equipment
assist all guests with specific requests and communicate special needs to server or supervisor
load and unload supply trucks transferring between storage and work areas
stock, date, rotate, and check the temperature of food items
perform other duties as assigned
