Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment and enter age-restricted areas
- Ability to lift at least 30 pounds frequently and heavier objects with assistance
- Physical ability to bend, climb, crawl, pull, reach, stoop, and use ladders or step stools
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willingness to use cleaning agents, paint, and chemicals safely
- Must maintain regular, predictable attendance
- Must successfully complete all required training and certifications
- Adherence to safety standards and company policies
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with a team
Job Qualifications
- Must successfully complete required training and certification processes
- Prior maintenance or janitorial experience preferred but not required
- Prior retail or wholesale experience preferred
- May be under 18 to perform parking lot cart functions
- Must be 18 or older to operate equipment and enter age-restricted areas
Job Duties
- Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance
- Maintain high standards of safety and sanitation for members and team members
- Clean all areas of the club including sales floor, offices, restrooms, and outdoor grounds
- Gather and return carts and flatbeds from the parking lot to the club entrance
- Remove trash and debris from parking lots and cart corrals
- Ensure carts are well-stocked, clean, and in good working order
- Perform maintenance and cleaning duties such as wet and dry mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, carpet extracting, washing glass, and emptying trash receptacles
- Maintain outdoor grounds including sidewalks and outdoor trash areas
- Operate floor scrubber, trash compactor, and cardboard baler safely and efficiently
- Restock maintenance and cleaning supplies
- Perform minor and routine building repairs and notify management of major repairs
- Follow all club policies and procedures
- Work in other departments as needed
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
