Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old to operate equipment and enter age-restricted areas
ability to perform physical tasks including bending, climbing, crawling, pulling, reaching, stooping and climbing ladders or step stools
ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds frequently and more than 30 pounds with assistance
experience with safety and sanitation standards preferred
willingness to work indoors and outdoors with exposure to varying temperature conditions and cleaning agents
regular, predictable, full attendance
good communication and interpersonal skills
ability to follow club policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

Successfully complete required training and certification processes
prior maintenance or janitorial experience preferred
prior retail or wholesale experience preferred
over 18 years old to operate equipment and enter age-restricted areas

Job Duties

Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance
maintain high standards of safety and sanitation for members and team members
maintain cleanliness of all areas of the club including sales floor, offices, restrooms and outdoor grounds
gather and return carts and flatbeds from the parking lot to the club entrance
remove trash or debris from parking lot, cart corrals, and exterior of club
ensure carts are well-stocked and in working order at the club entrance
return new and unused merchandise to the sales floor
perform maintenance and cleaning duties including wet and dry mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, carpet extracting, washing glass, emptying trash receptacles and pulling pallets
maintain outdoor grounds of club property
prioritize maintenance and cleaning responsibilities efficiently
operate floor scrubber, trash compactor and cardboard baler machines safely
restock maintenance and cleaning supplies and maintain supply areas
perform minor and routine building repairs and notify management of major repairs
maintain all club policies and procedures
perform other duties as assigned including working in other departments as needed
ensure regular, predictable, full attendance
