Job Requirements
- Must have food handler's certification
- Must be able to stand for several hours
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various heights
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
Job Qualifications

- Food handler's certification
- Experience in a restaurant cleaning or kitchen support role is beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to sanitation and safety
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Sweep and mop dining room, bathrooms, and back of house as needed
- Clean up spills promptly to ensure safety
- Pre-bus tables to maintain cleanliness
- Clean windows, walkways, and restaurant entrances and exits
- Pick up trash in parking lot
- Clean and stock beverage stations, highchairs, and trash cans
- Restock service areas
- Clean and monitor bathroom cleanliness
- Assist customers and perform extra cleaning duties as assigned
- Take out front of house trash and power wash outside areas
- Set up sanitizer buckets at trash stations
- Ensure table bases and chair legs are cleaned
- Clean and sanitize all food service items
- Maintain three-compartment sink and proper chemical dilution
- Organize pots, pans, and walk-in
- Assist with prep or line duties when needed
- Prioritize cleaning commonly used dishes
- Unload and store orders
- Empty back of house trash promptly
