Job Requirements
- Working in a production, manufacturing or distribution environment
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in food processing or packaging environment preferred
- experience in automated machinery environment preferred
- experience in USDA, FDA, OSHA, or GMP compliant environment preferred
- ability to sit, stand, walk and climb stairs during time on duty
- ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs occasionally
- ability to perform repetitive motions such as reaching, loading, inspecting, and touching product
- ability to stand up to seven (7) hours per day
- onsite work required
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a production, manufacturing or distribution environment

- experience in automated machinery environment preferred
- experience working in USDA, FDA, OSHA, or GMP compliant environment preferred
Job Duties
- Support company safety procedures with focus on zero injuries
- support quality work processes
- follow and comply with Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- maintain mastery of certified skills through ongoing skills audits and rotation
- startup, operate, maintain, sanitize and monitor equipment and machinery for production processing
- receive additional training to perform responsibilities
- perform duties to maintain schedules, quality, and workplace safety
- perform other tasks as required by Team Leader or Line Lead
- work overtime to achieve production and maintenance schedules
- report to the line team lead
