Job Requirements

Ability to bend, twist and stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in food service or janitorial cleaning preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong attention to detail
ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
good communication skills
ability to work well with others
basic understanding of cleaning equipment and chemicals

Job Duties

Clean equipment including work tables, refrigerators and meat blocks
clean utensils, pots and pans by hand or using dishwashing machines
return clean utensils, pots and pans to proper locations
remove trash and dispose of garbage in designated areas
sweep, mop, scrub and buff floors using cleaning equipment
clean walls, windows and steam clean trashcans
stock, date, rotate and check temperature of products
transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas manually or with a hand truck
load and unload supply trucks
follow all company security and safety procedures
