Job Requirements

Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs
demonstrates ability to interact with public and coworkers in friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
requires ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
frequently immerses hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in a cleaning or hospitality role preferred
ability to follow sanitation and safety standards
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to handle physical workload
ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

Job Duties

Cleans equipment including work tables, refrigerators, and meat blocks
cleans utensils, pots and pans by hand or dishwashing machine
returns clean utensils, pots and pans to storage
removes trash and garbage to designated areas
sweeps, mops, scrubs, and buffs floors using heavy equipment
cleans walls, windows, and steam cleans trashcans
stocks, dates, rotates, and checks temperature of products
transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
loads and unloads supply trucks
follows all company security and safety procedures
