Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in cleaning or utility services is advantageous
- ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- capability to read and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- familiarity with safety and sanitation standards
- basic knowledge of handling cleaning chemicals safely
Job Duties
- Clean equipment including work tables, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- clean utensils, pots and pans by hand or dishwashing machine
- return clean utensils and pots to proper places
- remove trash and garbage to designated areas
- sweep, mop, scrub and buff floors using heavy equipment
- clean walls, windows and steam clean trashcans
- stock, date, rotate and check temperature of products
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- load and unload supply trucks
- follow all security and safety procedures established by the company
