Job Requirements

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in cleaning or food service industry is an advantage
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong attention to detail
good communication skills
team player with a positive attitude
ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties

Create a positive guest experience by cleaning and maintaining hygienic work areas
maintain the cleanliness of all surfaces and equipment including floors, ceiling tiles, walls, windows, worktables, hoods, vents, grills, refrigerators, service counters, storage areas
remove refuse to designated areas
clear and reset tables in dining areas between seatings and transport service-ware to the kitchen for cleaning
scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans and wash them by hand or load dishwasher and return them to proper storage
clean equipment using specific chemicals to meet sanitary standards and handle heavy equipment as needed
assist all guests with specific requests and communicate special needs to server or supervisor
load and unload supply trucks transferring supplies between storage and work areas
stock, date, rotate, and check the temperature of food items
perform other duties as assigned
