Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Clean equipment including work tables, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- clean utensils, pots, and pans by hand or using a dishwashing machine
- return clean utensils, pots, and pans to proper storage
- remove trash and garbage to designated disposal areas
- sweep, mop, scrub, and buff floors using heavy equipment
- clean walls, windows, and steam clean trashcans
- stock, date, rotate, and check temperature of product
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or hand truck
- load and unload supply trucks
- follow all security and safety procedures established by the company
