Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in cleaning or utility roles preferred
ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs
demonstrated ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
frequently immerses hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions

Job Duties

Clean equipment including work tables, refrigerators, and meat blocks
clean utensils, pots, and pans by hand or using a dishwashing machine
return clean utensils, pots, and pans to their designated places
remove trash and garbage to designated areas
sweep, mop, scrub, and buff floors using heavy equipment
clean walls, windows, and steam clean trashcans
stock, date, rotate, and check temperatures of products
transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or hand truck
load and unload supply trucks
follow all security and safety procedures established by the company
