Job Requirements
- Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions

- demonstrate the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
- requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
- frequently immerses hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a cleaning or hospitality role beneficial but not required
- ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- strong interpersonal skills to interact with coworkers and the public
- physical ability to bend, twist, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 40 pounds
- willingness to comply with company safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Clean equipment including work tables, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- wash utensils, pots, and pans by hand or in a dishwashing machine
- return clean utensils, pots, and pans to their proper places
- remove trash and garbage to designated areas
- sweep, mop, scrub, and buff floors using heavy equipment
- clean walls, windows, and steam clean trashcans
- stock, date, rotate, and check temperature of products
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or hand truck
- load and unload supply trucks
- follow all security and safety procedures established by the company
