Job Duties

clean equipment which may include work tables, refrigerators, meat blocks and other equipment
clean utensils, pots and pans by washing them by hand or placing them in a dishwashing machine
return clean utensils, pots and pans to their proper places
remove trash and garbage to designated areas
sweep, mop, scrub and buff floors using heavy equipment
clean walls, windows and steam clean trashcans
stock, date, rotate and check temperature of product
transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or hand truck
load and unload supply trucks
follow all security and safety procedures established by the company
