Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
basic communication skills
willingness to work in a team-oriented environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is an advantage
ability to follow health and safety regulations
strong attention to detail
good communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
teamwork and collaboration skills

Job Duties

Create a positive guest experience by cleaning and maintaining hygienic work areas
maintain the cleanliness of all surfaces and equipment including floors, ceiling tiles, walls, windows, worktables, hoods, vents, grills, refrigerators, service counters, and storage areas
remove refuse to designated areas
clear and reset tables in dining areas between seatings and transport service-ware to the kitchen for cleaning
scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans and wash them by hand or load dishwasher and return them to proper storage
clean equipment using specific chemicals to meet sanitary standards, including use of heavy equipment
assist all guests with specific requests and communicate special needs to server or supervisor
load and unload supply trucks transferring between storage and work areas
stock, date, rotate, and check the temperature of food items
perform other assigned duties
