Job Requirements

Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in a cleaning or utility role is beneficial
ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
physical ability to perform repetitive tasks including bending, twisting, and standing

Job Duties

Clean equipment including work tables, refrigerators, and meat blocks
clean utensils, pots, and pans by hand or dishwashing machine
return clean utensils, pots, and pans to proper places
remove trash and garbage to designated areas
sweep, mop, scrub, and buff floors using heavy equipment
clean walls, windows, and steam clean trashcans
stock, date, rotate, and check temperature of product
transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or hand truck
load and unload supply trucks
follow all security and safety procedures established by the company
