Ezio's is a brand new fine dining steakhouse set to open in the vibrant Miami Beach area, founded by the team behind the acclaimed New York City restaurants Roberta's, Blanca, and Foul Witch. This boutique Italian steakhouse is dedicated to specializing in dry-aged meats, handmade pastas, and offering a carefully curated natural wine and spirits program. The overall mission of Ezio's is to provide an exceptional dining experience that combines craftsmanship, integrity, and genuine hospitality. Ezio's is looking for hardworking and detail-oriented Porters to join our opening team. This role is vital to the overall success of the restaurant, as it ensures that the kitchen and facilities maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency. As a key member of our back-of-house team, Porters will work closely with chefs and management to maintain a smooth workflow and uphold strict health and sanitation standards. Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and team members

Job Duties
- As a porter at Ezio’s, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of our kitchen and facilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, dish area, and storage spaces
- Sweep, mop, squeegee, and manage trash and recycling areas efficiently throughout service
- Support with deliveries including receiving, organizing, and storing products safely and neatly
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and equipment maintenance as directed by the chef or management
- Communicate regularly with the BOH leadership team regarding supplies, chemicals, and maintenance needs
- Ensure all cleaning and sanitation standards meet Department of Health and restaurant guidelines
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
