We are currently looking to build a dedicated team for our opening, and our dishwashing staff play a fundamental role in the seamless operation of our kitchen. The dishwasher position at Ezio's is vital for maintaining hygiene and efficiency, supporting the chefs, and upholding the standards that define our restaurant. This role offers an excellent entry point into the professional kitchen environment, with significant potential for growth for individuals demonstrating commitment, reliability, and a positive work ethic. Dishwashers at Ezio's will be expected to work quickly and meticulously, keeping the dish area clean and organized while assisting the kitchen team with additional tasks. This is a full-time position involving nights, weekends, and holiday shifts, tailored for those who are disciplined, fast, and reliable. Job Duties

  • Maintain a clean and organized dish area at all times
  • Follow proper sanitation practices, including 3-bin systems and chemical handling
  • Regularly sweep, squeegee, take out trash, and assist in deep cleaning tasks
  • Communicate with chefs about dish station needs (chemicals, repairs, restocking)
  • Support the kitchen team with prep or cleaning projects when needed
  • Work collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
