Job Requirements

must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and front-of-house personnel
must be able to stand for at least 8 hours
must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
open availability
ability to follow detailed directions
previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not required
positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

Ideal candidates ask chefs for projects
Work fast and clean at all times - sweeping/squeegeeing, changing 3-bin and trash
Are able to follow directions - we’re a small staff at a busy restaurant
there will be a lot of directions!
Are organized - develop a system, hone your system
Communicate regularly with chef about their station (chemicals, machinery, projects)
Have open availability, work with the team, and look out for their fellow team members
