Job Requirements

Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and FOH personnel
Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
Must have open availability to work flexible shifts
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be reliable and punctual
Ability to follow directions closely
Must maintain a positive attitude and work well in a team

Job Qualifications

Able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and front-of-house personnel
Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
Physical stamina to stand for at least 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to follow directions and work efficiently under pressure
Strong organizational and time management skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties

Work fast and clean at all times - sweeping/squeegeeing, changing 3-bin and trash
Follow directions carefully in a busy restaurant setting
Develop and maintain an organized system for dishwashing and cleaning
Communicate regularly with chefs about their station, including chemicals, machinery, and projects
Maintain open availability and collaborate effectively with team members
Assist with cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment
Support overall kitchen cleanliness and safety
