Job Requirements
- Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products
- Non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment
- At least three years with usher experience
- Literacy and fluency in English
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
- Above average communication skills
- Above average reasoning skills
- Ability to move chairs and tables easily
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must qualify for, obtain and maintain a gaming license from the Indiana Gaming Commission

Job Duties
- Checks the room for proper seating order and checks neatness of seating area before show starts
- Arrange floor seating according to applicable venue map
- Make sure seating signage is visible
- Rearrange seating as needed post show and help clean up the room after performance
- Handle difficult problems which arise during seating, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Monitor the room for distractions or problems during the show
- Handle any issue that may arise properly
- Ensure only guests with proper credentials obtain access to restricted areas
- Maintain communication with other departments within the venue to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Scan tickets as guest enters venue, and scan exiting guests for re-entry
- Greet guests and offer direction in locating their seats
- Escort full comps and guests who enter at show time to their seats
