The Used Car Lot Valet-Porter is responsible for managing the flow and presentation of vehicles within the sales and service areas of the lot. This includes driving both manual and automatic transmission cars safely in tight, confined spaces to optimize the appearance and organization of the dealership’s vehicle inventory. A significant part of the role involves maintaining vehicle cleanliness, pumping gas, and ensuring protective coverings such as seat and steering wheel covers are properly installed. The valet also supports the dealership by assisting with dealer trades and delivering cars to customers after service completion. Importantly, the role requires meticulous documentation through the BMW online portal, printing certified pre-owned (CPO) paperwork, and ensuring adherence to all safety and security procedures.
