Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Ability to maneuver vehicles safely in tight spaces
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High energy level and a positive attitude
- Willingness to attend training and staff meetings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Automotive dealership experience a plus
- Valid California driver’s license and clean DMV printout
- Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles
- Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces
- Highly professional and dependable
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Must be customer service oriented
- Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and team members
- Must be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond
- Willing to multi-task
- Bilingual a plus
Job Duties
- Drives vehicles to and from sales lot areas and service lots as needed
- Installs protective coverings such as seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats
- Services vehicles with gas, oil, and water
- Washes and cleans vehicles as needed
- Helps maintain lot appearance by cleaning driveway and sidewalks
- Ensures the sales lot is arranged by moving vehicles in and around the sales lot
- Dealer trades
- Transports customers to and from their home when needed and requested
- Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
- Ensures that required documentation is complete and in compliance with regulations and standards
- Inserts BMW information into used car portal
- Prints all CPO paperwork
- Places labels on vehicles for sale
- Follows all safety and security procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
