Job Duties
- supervises team within all prepared foods departments by facilitating rotations and managing member needs to deliver on business plan
- maintains in-depth knowledge of floor and backroom operations ensuring quality, inventory, production, sanitation, equipment usage, safety, and compliance
- manages seasonal product demands prioritizing tasks across areas
- collaborates with associates and third parties to ensure resources and training
- leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve associate engagement
- drives business results through operational excellence, staffing, audit and compliance standards
- teaches and trains team, identifies training needs, and fosters career growth
- develops and implements processes to meet business needs and supports company policies and ethical standards
