- minimum six months experience in a fresh production department or minimum six months experience supervising a team
- must be 18 years of age or older
- successful completion of required trainings and assessments within prescribed period
- ability to work in accordance with company policies and maintain a drug-free workplace

Job Duties
- supervise the team within all prepared foods departments by facilitating rotations and managing members needs to execute the business plan
- maintain in-depth knowledge of operations including quality, inventory, production, sanitation, equipment, safety, and compliance
- manage seasonality by understanding new products, recipes, and production specifications while prioritizing time
- collaborate with associates and third parties to ensure resources and training are available
- leverage digital tools to plan sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
- drive business results through operational excellence and staffing management
- teach and develop team by identifying training needs and encouraging career growth
- develop and implement processes to meet business needs by collaborating with stakeholders
- promote compliance with policies, ethics, and integrity
- lead and participate in teams to meet customer needs and business priorities
- embrace diversity and create a culture of belonging
- build strong relationships and communicate with positivity
