Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Provide information on membership benefits
Promote company products and services
Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts
Participate in sales and marketing events
Follow all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines
Conduct safety sweeps and report unsafe situations
Fulfill Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders accurately
Collaborate with management and team members to complete work assignments
Provide excellent member service by assisting with purchasing decisions
Resolve member issues and concerns
Comply with company policies and maintain ethical standards
